Botanical Style offers a gentle invitation to move through the seasons of change in nature, and in our life.  Its aesthetic approach and design principles can nurture our nature, cultivating self-awareness of our unique creative intuition and need for self-expression. We can become one with our artworks and vignettes by setting intentions for mindful practices of  restoring, rejuvenating, renewing, repurposing and up-cycling vintage botanicals with a modern-day, well-being, twist. 

 Developing a Botanical Style can deepen our relationship with nature, encourage us to eat outside, plant a garden, enjoy visiting parks and gardens, engage in botanical walks, and check-out botanical library books (in abundance) to enjoy tea with like-minded friends, while easing isolation.
